Our recently refurbished White Flag award winning Leisure Centre offers the very best of leisure facilities to our guests. Use of our Leisure Centre is complimentary for all our guests. We are delighted to extend an invitation and a warm welcome to all our hotel guests here at the Station House Leisure Centre. We also offer membership options for 3, 6 and 12 month periods with a number of payments options. In addition we offer personal training and a number of fitness classes throughout the year delivered by our fully qualified team.

Fitness Classes

Train Smart, Achieve More, and Elevate Your Fitness with one of our fitness classes. Classes include: circuit training, aqua aerobics, over 40’s, kids fit, teens fit, and Introduction to Strength & Conditioning. We offer reduced rates for members, and guests of our Hotel & Apartments can pay-as-you go if they wish to drop in to a class during their stay. Timetable can be viewed here.
